No, the Florella does not have any batteries or electronics making it easy to take with you on the go.

You have 4 months, (120 days), to try the Florella out. We have intentionally made this an extended time period so that you have several opportunities to try the Florella. Your Florella will come with 3 different adjustable bands. Two of these bands are infinity adjustment bands which are custom made for smaller wrists and can be adjusted to any increment. The silicon band has step adjustments.

None at all! The rare earth magnets that make up the Florella never wear out and there are no ongoing costs.

For sure. Magnets have been thoroughly tested for years and the Florella is completely safe to use for all ages.

Absolutely. The custom rare earth magnets are coated with Titanium Nitride. This gold colored coating is super durable, and more to the point, it is so safe that it is approved by the FDA as a coating for medical implants.

The Florella is not a cure for any disease, ailment or defect, but may provide comfort for pain and discomfort associated with menstrual cycles.

Do not wear the Florella near sensitive medical equipment or implants such as pacemakers, dorsal column stimulators, infusion pumps, or any other magnetically programmable medical devices.

You go right ahead. That is one of the reasons that we included a silicone band, so you can get sweaty.

We do recommend that you not wear the Florella while swimming because the surface of the magnets can be easily cleaned and dried, but total immersion will let water get to parts of the device that will be difficult to fully dry. But, if you forget don't worry, you won't ruin it.

Unfortunately, we have not yet conducted enough testing to determine whether the Florella can effectively help with endometriosis pain. While our product has been thoroughly tested and is very effective at alleviating the pain associated with menstrual cramps, we currently cannot say with confidence that it will provide meaningful relief for endometriosis-related pain. It's very important to us that we communicate honestly and transparently, especially regarding chronic conditions.

For this reason, at this time, we cannot recommend that you purchase a Florella if you suffer from endometriosis. If you would like give us your contact information, we will save that for any futures studies that we conduct.

The first thing you should do is take a quick look at the instructions and ensure proper placement, that it is snug and you have waited at least 1 hour. It needs to be worn on the inside of the left wrist just below the wrist.

There are no side effects associated with using your Florella.

No, it will not. It will not alter or interfere with your other bodily functions, your cycle, or your hormonal balance.

We recommend you wear the Florella band as long as your symptoms persist. If you are unsure, you can take the Florella band off and if your symptoms return you can put it back on.

One thing that is important, you should not wear the Florella in between cycles as this may eventually make it less helpful.

You should experience relief in 20 minutes give or take. For some individuals, it can take up to an hour. If you have not started feeling a decrease in pain after an hour make sure that you are wearing it correctly, (go to the How To Use page on our site).

You should put your Florella on at the first sign of the menstrual cycle.

Do not wear the Florella in between cycles

Magnetic products should not be placed directly over an open wound or transdermal drug delivery patch. Manufacturers of medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and insulin pumps have advised consumers to avoid the use of products containing magnets while using those implanted devices.

DO NOT place your Florella on a metal surface because the magnets are very strong and it will be difficult to remove. If you have inadvertently placed it on a metal surface, do not pull it up, but rather, try to slide it off.

Do not drop your Florella on a hard surface. It could break the assembly.
